This Condo was remodeled in 2007, including all new hardwood floor, wiring, kitchen and appliances, bathroom and removing stairs going up the deck above, giving real privacy.

	Bedroom with two twin beds that can be made up into a king for couples. Also contains: bureau, night stand, chair, and closet..
	The dining side of the great room has comfortable seating for four and a lovely view through the sliding glass doors of the Provincetown Pier shown at the top of the page.
	A brand new full kitchen (granite countertop and tile backsplash) includes a full stove, two-door refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, toaster and coffee maker. The full bath with glass walled shower, with a view of the water, is through the door on the right.
	Sitting area side of great room includes a full sized futon sofa, two leather chairs and a stereo receiver. Games, a computer with WiFi access, and books are on the shelves.
